Customer Service Representative Job Description:
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Job Summary:
The job itself will consist of driving a company-owned car to about 6-8 appointments daily at customer homes.
You will then greet the customer, look over the car they are selling, and have them fill out paperwork on an iPad. Then, you will set up the tow to pick up
the car from their home. You will then drive on to the next appointment.
+ Delivering a uniquely special experience to each one of our customers.
+ Minus the red suit, youll pretty much be a real-life Santa Claus daily!
+ You will be accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
+ Youll be expected to prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record
+ Consistent, safe driving is crucial to this role!
+ Youll also be a team player by assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Must be 18 years of age or older
+ Must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years
+ Team player and has an understanding of the value of teamwork
+ Must be able to work full-time hours
