Anywhere Looking for one Rental Associate to join the team at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota.
Duties and requirements include but are not limited to :
-Explaining rental terms and conditions to guests
-Ensuring that guests qualify for alternate transportation
•Entering guests’ data into the data management system and generating electronic rental agreements
•Closing rental agreements when vehicles get returned.
•Assisting with keeping the cars clean and sanitized for customers.
•Greeting customers with a great attitude and answering any rental related questions.
•Handling face to face interactions with customers and documenting any damage found on vehicles.
-Assisting guests with the recovery of items left behind in our vehicles.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
•Must have a valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record.
•Must have basic computer literacy
-Must be able to follow all protocols and processes with every guest every time
•Some commercial rental experience is a plus, but is not required.
